This policy describes how PERLA COSĂULUI S.R.L. (“we”, “us”) processes personal data in connection with this website and our services, in line with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”) and applicable Romanian law, including Law no. 190/2018.
1. Scope
This policy applies to website visitors, people who contact us (by phone, email, WhatsApp or social media), and clients who enter into contracts or use our services (event hall, guesthouse and related activities, as applicable).
2. Categories of data we may process
- Identity and contact data: name, role (for legal entities), phone number, email address, postal address.
- Data you provide in correspondence: information in messages, quote requests or contracts.
- Technical and usage data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, time zone — where automatically generated by hosting or embedded tools (e.g. maps).
- Cookies: see our Cookie policy. With your consent we may use analytics and advertising tools (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel); without consent, these scripts are not loaded.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Responding to enquiries (contact, quotes) — legitimate interests / steps at your request prior to a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, as applicable).
- Performing a contract — bookings, event organisation, invoicing — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
- Legal obligations (accounting, tax, document retention) — Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.
- Website operation and security — legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), as necessary.
- Marketing — only with your consent where required by law, or as otherwise permitted.
4. Recipients and transfers
We may share data with processors who provide necessary services (e.g. hosting, IT, accounting), under contract and confidentiality obligations. We do not sell your data. Some services (e.g. embedded Google Maps) may involve transfers to providers in the EU/EEA or, where applicable, appropriate safeguards under GDPR.
5. Retention
We keep data for as long as needed for the purposes for which it was collected, including statutory retention periods (e.g. accounting records), after which it is deleted or anonymised unless the law requires otherwise.

Subject to applicable law, you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, objection, and not to be subject solely to automated decision-making. You may lodge a complaint with the Romanian supervisory authority: ANSPDCP.
